A fully refundable $500 engagement deposit is required to initiate the search. Final placement fees vary based on role seniority, hiring complexity, and market demand. All pricing is provided transparently in writing before recruitment begins, with no hidden costs or surprise fees.

What Happens if a Hire Doesn't Work Out?
