What you will be doing
- Handling customer contacts across voice, chat, or email to the agreed service standard
- Resolving issues first time where possible, and escalating cleanly where not
- Recording interactions accurately in the client's systems
- Meeting quality and productivity targets consistently

- The patience to handle difficult conversations well
- Availability for the shift pattern this role requires
