How fast can a contractor start?

For standard roles, most clients have someone starting within a week of the brief. Where the skills are common and the contractor is already screened, it can be two or three days.

specialist or regulated roles take longer, because the checks are heavier.

How does billing work?

Contract staffing is billed at an agreed rate covering the contractor's pay plus our margin, invoiced against approved timesheets. You see both components before the engagement starts.

There is no placement fee on top.

Who employs the contractor?

In most engagements Sizanid Staffing is the employer of record, so the contract, payroll, tax, and statutory entitlements sit with us while the person works to your direction.

That is also how we place contractors in countries where you have no legal entity.

Can we hire a contractor permanently?

Yes. Contract-to-permanent conversion is common and the terms are agreed at the start, so there are no surprises if you decide to keep someone.

After a qualifying period the conversion usually carries no additional fee.

What if the contractor is not right?

Tell your account manager and we replace them. For short engagements that typically happens within days, drawing on the same pre-vetted pool.
