Applying, matching, and what happens after you send your details.
How do I apply for jobs?
Browse the open roles on our job board, open the one you want, and apply from that page. There is no account to create first.
For roles at Sizanid itself, you will need a LinkedIn profile URL and a short video introduction. A CV is optional but helps.
What is AI matching and how does it work?
Our models read what a role actually requires and compare it against candidate profiles, surfacing people a keyword search would never return.
It never decides anything on its own. A recruiter reviews every match before a profile goes anywhere near a client, which is where the judgement calls happen.
Can I update my CV after submitting?
Yes. Get in touch through our contact page with the updated version and we will attach it to your application.
Once the Sizanid Jobs app launches, you will be able to update your own profile and have it apply to every open application.
What if I need help preparing for interviews?
When we put you forward, your recruiter briefs you properly — who the client is, who you will meet, and what the conversation is likely to cover.
That is part of the service, not an extra. We have no interest in sending you into an interview unprepared.
Do I need to pay to use your services?
No. Candidates never pay us anything, at any stage.
Our fees are paid by the employers who hire through us. If anyone claiming to represent Sizanid asks you for money, it is not us — please report it.
How long does it take to get matched?
It depends entirely on your skills and what our clients are hiring for at the time. Some people are put forward within days of applying.
Others wait longer, because we would rather hold on than put you forward for something that is not right. We get in touch when there is a genuine match.
Can I apply to multiple jobs at once?
Yes. Apply for any roles that genuinely fit your experience — each application is reviewed on its own.
Applying for everything regardless of fit does not help, though. A focused application gets more attention than ten scattered ones.
Will I be notified if I am not selected?
Yes. We tell you either way rather than leaving you to work it out from silence.
For very high-volume roles this can take longer than we would like, but you will hear from us.
What types of roles do you offer?
Permanent roles, contract and temporary work, executive appointments, and high-volume operational hiring.
Across fourteen sectors including technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, BPO, logistics, and energy. If your field is not listed, it is still worth getting in touch.
Is my data secure?
Your details are stored securely and used only to consider you for roles and to contact you about them. We do not sell candidate data.
