Support

Reaching us, and what to expect when you do.

How do I reach customer support?

The quickest route is our contact page — it reaches the right team directly rather than a shared inbox.

You can also reach us by phone on 1-844-991-6466, extension 3.

What are your support hours?

We are available 8am to 6pm local time, Monday to Friday, across all five of our offices.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes — 1-844-991-6466, extension 3. For anything that needs a record, though, the contact form is better, because it reaches the right team with the detail attached.

How quickly will I get a response?

It varies with volume, and we would rather be honest than quote a number we cannot hold to.

Enquiries are worked through in the order they arrive, and we will come back to you. If something is time-critical, say so in your message.

Can I chat with support live?

Not on the website. Once the Sizanid Jobs app launches you will be able to message your recruiter directly from it. In the meantime the contact form is the fastest route.

How do I escalate an issue?

If you are already in a conversation with us, say that you would like it escalated and it will be.

If you are not, use the contact page and make it clear in your message. Complaints about conduct should go through our report misconduct page.

Do you provide multilingual support?

Yes. With offices across five countries, our teams support candidates and clients in several languages.

Tell us your preferred language when you get in touch and we will route you accordingly where we can.

Can I track the status of my support request?

Not through a portal at the moment. We respond by email, so the thread itself is the record — keep it and reply to it rather than starting a new one.

What should I include when contacting support?

Your full name and the email address you used with us. If it is about a specific role, include the job title and location.

The more context you give, the less back and forth it takes — which usually means a faster answer.

Still stuck?

If your question is not here, a real person will come back to you.
