How to report serious misconduct, including anonymously, and the protections you are given when you do.

Commitment to ethical conduct

As a global employment agency prioritizing excellence, Sizanid Staffing requires that all representatives operate ethically, lawfully, and in alignment with our core values: to know, to serve, to trust, the simultaneous promotion of all interests, and striving for perfection.

To maintain a culture of openness and accountability, all stakeholders are asked to report any conduct that departs from these principles.

What to report

This procedure is for serious misconduct — illegal acts, safety failures, financial irregularity, discrimination or harassment, and breaches of our policies.

If your concern is about a job scam impersonating Sizanid, please use our [scam reporting page](/legal/report-scam) instead. For a security vulnerability, use our [security reporting page](/legal/report-security).

How to report

If you work with us, raise the matter with your manager or local reporting contact first, where it is appropriate and safe to do so.

If that is not appropriate or has not worked, use the form on this page.

What happens to your report

We want to be straightforward about the current process rather than describe something we have not yet put in place.

Reports submitted through this form are received by a restricted group within Sizanid Staffing and reviewed in confidence. We are in the process of appointing an independent reporting provider, which will handle reports at arm's length from the business. This page will be updated when that is in place.

In the meantime:

  • Your report is stored securely and is not visible to the wider business
  • It is reviewed as quickly as we are able, and we aim to acknowledge named reports within five working days
  • If the matter requires investigation, it is handled fairly and lawfully

We are not currently operating a 24-hour hotline. If your concern involves immediate danger to any person, contact your local emergency services rather than using this form.

Reporting anonymously

You may submit a report without giving your name. If you choose to do so, we will hold no identifying information about you — that is enforced by our systems, not simply promised.

You will be given a reference code when you submit. Keep it: it is the only way to follow up on an anonymous report, and we cannot recover it for you.

Anonymity does make investigation harder, and in some cases means we cannot act on a report at all because we cannot gather enough information. If you are comfortable giving your name, it generally leads to a better outcome.

Protections

Confidentiality. Named reports are handled in confidence. Your identity is shared only where it is necessary to investigate, or where we are legally required to disclose it.

No retaliation. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. This includes dismissal, disciplinary action, threats, or other unfavourable treatment connected with raising a concern. This protection applies even where a concern turns out to be mistaken.

Due process. Anyone who is the subject of a report will be notified, given the opportunity to respond to the allegations, and able to appeal an adverse finding.

Outcome. Where serious misconduct is substantiated, management will ensure prompt and appropriate action is taken.

Reports found to be deliberately false or malicious may result in disciplinary action against the person who made them.
